JONATHAN MONRO (Stand b’y)
Born and raised in Newfoundland, Jonathan made his professional acting debut at the Stratford Festival. Newfoundland audiences may remember Jonathan as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables (Atlantic Light Prod.), Gerard in Gordon Pinsent’s film Heyday, or headlining solo concerts with the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra. He is also the music supervisor for Come From Away, and has been musical director for over thirty productions across North America. He dedicates his work in this production to the memory of his grandfather, Rex Tilley, who was the manager of Gander Airport from 1956-1964.
